Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, Elite Body Piercing only accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, any jewelry that has been removed from its original heat-sealed packaging is strictly non-returnable.

Return Process

  Verify Seal Integrity

  Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original, untampered vacuum-sealed clear packaging to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the sealed item in a padded mailer or rigid box to prevent damage during transit; please include your RMA form inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
